This notice explains how information submitted through the Call-Off early-access application is handled.
Who handles your information

Information collected
We collect the information entered in the application: your name, work email, company, job title, trade, company size, number of active projects, current tools, delivery challenge, interest level and any optional additional information. A shortened user-agent value may also be stored for operational troubleshooting.
Why and how it is used
The information is used to assess early-access suitability, review potential pilot or design-partner opportunities, contact applicants and plan guided onboarding. It is not used to promise acceptance or immediate access.
Storage and spam protection
Applications are stored in the Call-Off database. The application stores a keyed hash of the submitting IP address, rather than the raw address, to limit repeated automated submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information when it is enabled for spam verification.
Application records are intended to be reviewed or deleted within 365 days unless they are needed for an ongoing early-access, pilot or legal process.
Your requests
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your application information by emailing hello@calloff.ie. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
